Quinan Construction was retained to complete the first phase of a historic restoration project that included, abatement, selective demolition, installation of a temporary retaining wall, excavation, the careful removal and storage of historically significant building components, protection of historical building components that remained, and the design and implementation of both an interior shoring system and an exterior structural scaffolding system
